30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love Nexus Academy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of that payment date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record on every transaction. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at nexus.systems.au@gmail.com and we will process the refund through Paddle on your behalf.
Once a refund is approved, funds typically return to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Service fails to comply with a non-excludable consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies required by that law (including, where applicable, refunds, repairs, or compensation).
