Report Abuse

Nexus Academy has a zero-tolerance policy on illegal content and on threats to safety. If you have encountered any of the following on or through the Service, please report it to us immediately:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualisation of minors of any kind.
• Threats of violence, self-harm, or harm to others.
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or doxxing.
• Attempted impersonation or grooming.
• Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement.
• Security vulnerabilities, suspected account compromise, or fraud.

How to Report

Email nexus.systems.au@gmail.com with the subject line "Report Abuse". Please include:

• A clear description of what you saw or experienced.
• Where it happened on the Service (URL, page, or screen).
• The time and date (approximate is fine).
• Screenshots if you have them.
• Your contact email so we can follow up.

What Happens Next

We aim to acknowledge reports within 1 business day. We investigate every report and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and referring matters to law-enforcement or specialist authorities (including the Australian Federal Police, the eSafety Commissioner, or the National Centre for Missing & Exploited Children) where required by law.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In Australia, dial 000. In the United States, dial 911. You can also contact the eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au.
